We are pleased to offer a new series of six online modules “Facilitating Competency-based Educator Development” that enhance the delivery of online learning experiences with a focus on student outcomes. Each of the course’s modules includes an application component, ensuring that participants complete the course with actionable ideas and tools to implement in the development of their own courses and training. The modules are designed to be completed sequentially.
The topics are:
- Module 1: Welcome and Introduction
- Module 2: A Practice-Based Approach and Adult Learning
- Module 3: Video Analysis
- Module 4: Collaborative Learning
- Module 5: Formative Feedback
- Module 6: Implementation Plan
